A final field of 13 has been locked in for Friday night’s Group 1 Moir Stakes (1000m) at Moonee Valley.

There is a mix of runners, with a trio of talented three-year-olds lining up, including Quezette Stakes winner Bella Nipotina, Magic Millions winner Away Game, and Blur Diamond Stakes runner up Hanseatic.

McEwen Stakes winner Bella Vella has drawn the inside gate, and sits on the second line of betting behind Western Australian speedster Fabergino, with Pippie the next in the market.

Exciting sprinter Brooklyn Hustle lines up, while Trekking will be putting his hand up for Godolphin’s slot in The Everest with a strong performance.

With rain expected on Friday, punters may find some joy with swimmer Jungle Edge also taking his place in the field.
